Hi I am a 26 year old professional (teacher) female looking for a roommate to share my house with. I am offering 2 of the 3 bedrooms in the house plus a private full bathroom, parking and storage for $550.00. You can use 1 bedroom for an office or a den area. Heat and electricity included. The only extra cost would be splitting the eastlink cable/phone/net bill (about $60 a month). Washer and Dryer right in the house. The house is located on Transom Drive in the Royale Hemlocks subdivison. It is a 5 minute walk from major bus routes. No pets and no smoking please. It is available for May or June 1st. I currently have a student from Mount Saint Vincent as my roommate and she is moving out the end of April. I am lenient about signing 1 year contracts.
